WeCOMPLETE launched in 2020, offering an end-to-end digital property completion platform developed to streamline the process of property completions and communication between all parties. A SaaS platform with multi-tenant white label ability is now available to the whole estate agent and legal firm arena that can scale and change the pace of transactions across the UK as a whole. For the first time, it coordinates estate agents and legal teams using world-class technology to progress the sale. Providing the ability to monitor the property transaction and stay in touch with clients and interested parties in real-time, eliminating labour intensive phone calls, email communication, and snail-mail. Through the WeCOMPLETE system, achieved completions are in less than 28 days – a stark difference to the 118 days national average.

Keeping the customers at heart, we’ve developed the WeCOMPLETE platform as a white label solution recognising the financial and reputational brand value for customers to nurture a clients sale to completion. Under their brand, agents can provide conveyancing quotes not only to buyers and sellers but all viewers and enquiries, multiplying their potential leads up by ten. It’s clear to see why a third-party branded progression tool was not an option.

We should not undervalue the significance of these industry developments where all parties are paid on completion. Estate agents and legal teams realise their fees sooner, vastly improving cash flow while being able to drive new work via the white-labelled quoting tool, the first agent on board doubled their businesses monthly revenue.

WeCOMPLETE speeds up transactions by coordinating the work of estate agents and conveyancers, resulting in an average reduction of completion times by 28% across **ALL** transactions, including the most complex and problematic of cases, with completions regularly reduced by 50%.

In addition to that, estate agents who adopted WeCOMPLETE as their property completion platform reduced their **fall-through rate to 8.1%, less than a third of the national average**, but even then, they were able to earn a referral-fee free revenue by putting more conveyancing cases through the system.

Fundamentally, however, the use of tech is not compulsory as the external parties can still participate in the case progression without a need for an account or login. The system is designed to record any incoming communication and automatically file the documents sent into the system in a form of an attachment.
