I am a professional Coach and Trainer in the Agile and Business fields to support people, teams, organizations to innovate and create value.

My professional experience of 25 years took started as an entrepreneur and consultant focusing on software development projects. In the latest ten years, I became an Agile and Professional Coach, and I was involved in multiple Agile transformations in Digital Media, Telecommunications, Insurance, and Banking areas. Lastly, the scope of Pharmaceutical Communication.

I’m curious, and I’m passionate about finding new ways, innovating, and creating value. I know that whatever the context, every activity we do is part of a learning process.

As a Coach, I work on processes, dialogues, interactions, or paths that allow my clients to discover, understand, and use their potential to obtain personal, technological, and innovation improvements.
I love working with people to help them envision possibilities they never thought possible and then make those possibilities real.

As an Agile Coach, I am responsible for leading Agile transition processes with a great variety of complexity. In addition, I work with the areas concerned at all levels to facilitate the adoption of the Agile Mindset.

In 2019 I supported the Agile transformation of a whole Italian bank, part of one of the largest groups in the sector with its specific Agile framework.

In 2020 I was supporting the Agile transformation of a project within an insurance multinational.

In 2021 I am supporting the Agile transformation of the global communication function for a pharmaceutical multinational.
