Both Jonathan and I had worked for Retail Lenders for 10 years plus and then we decided to join a direct lender and work commission only for the first time in our career. After working with this lender for a few years, I called Jonathan to let him know I was quitting to start my own Brokerage. After a few minutes of talking, he decided to quit as well and a few months later, Vista Funding Corp. was born.
