Irina Tudorache is the owner of this business and a Romanian certified coach and trainer who has worked with women and within a multicultural environment for 15 years. In this 10 weeks self-discovery program called “Journey of You” from Questandheal.com website, she collaborates with other certified coaches for mindfulness and body art sessions, to improve women’s emotional, mental states and the way they feel in their bodies.

Quest and heal is about the journey to self-discovery and what makes a woman happy and balanced. As a protector of balance and a lifelong student on how to master your mind and emotions, Irina gracefully assists women in individual and group coaching sessions, on a road to self-discovery.

Wisdom, truth and compassion are my values and I serve my life purpose by being original, standing out from the crowd but at the same time being very intentional about how I can help people improve their balance and get rid of anxiety and fearfulness, by replacing those thoughts with joy.
