Tooth of the Arrow Broadheads

Our passion for the outdoors led to a several-year process of creating the best broadhead at an affordable price for hunters. The original Tooth of the Arrow fixed blade broadhead was created through countless hours of testing and refining.

The original 1-inch series is a 4-blade fixed broadhead and is available in both 100-grain and 125-grain. It was specifically designed with a shorter ferrule for incredible flight and penetration on large game such as elk or moose.

Our 1-inch series is also designed to work exceptionally well with crossbows. The fully machined design creates large amounts of kinetic energy and field point accuracy at speeds of 500+ fps.

Two years after the successful introduction of our 1-inch fixed blade broadheads, we introduced the XL series. The XL series comes in weights of 100-grain, 125-grain, 150-grain, and 175-grain. However, unlike the 1-inch series, we increased the total cut to 1-3/16-inch. This increased diameter makes it the perfect broadhead for small to medium game such as deer and black bear.

Each of our fixed blade broadheads uses a patented machining and sharpening process. Each broadhead is milled from a single piece of high-carbon steel.

During the machining process, we remove over 50% of the steel. It is not the easiest or least expensive process, but we believe it results in a superior product. We can control all tolerances during the manufacturing process, from the overall weight to the individual weight distribution for each blade.

Furthermore, by machining from a single piece of steel, we can eliminate any assembly that can lead to unnecessary gaps and unbalanced blades.

Once machining is complete, every broadhead is heat-treated to a Rockwell 40-45 for even more outstanding durability. Through countless tests, we feel a Rockwell 40-45 was the best balance between hardness and durability.

Once heat-treating and the black oxide coating are complete, every broadhead is sharpened through our patented process to a 45-degree angle. A process that allows all Tooth of the Arrow broadheads to hold an edge longer.

The final step is to hand-inspected and package each broadhead.

We are incredibly proud to manufacture all of our broadheads in the U.S.A. We support other local small businesses by purchasing our raw materials and packaging.

You can be sure that you are creating and supporting American jobs every time you purchase any Tooth of the Arrow product.
