The Shores Church

We have 5 values that are very important to us. We value

1) We value EVERY PERSON. We believe every person was created in the eyes of God and needs to receive salvation through Jesus. We believe life starts at conception and ends when God calls us home.

2) We value EXPERIENCING CHRIST! It is our desire that when every person enters our service or event, they will experience Jesus.

3) We value INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP! We want you to grow in your understanding of Jesus so that you can be effective for Christ. The church’s job is to equip you to do the work of the ministry, and then for you to go and share the Gospel.

4) We value JOYFUL GENEROSITY! John 3:16 says that “For God so loved the world that he GAVE…” God is a giver, so we want to be givers of our time talent, and resources.

5) And finally we value COMMON UNITY. We want people to do life with us but also invite more people into our common unity, so the cycle can start all over again!

Depending on your church or religious background or past experiences, we hope your visit to The Shores Church will be a refreshing, God-filled experience. Our atmosphere is casual, so feel free to wear your jeans and join us! After church, stick around, grab a coffee and a cookie, and meet some new friends.

Our services are relevant, loaded with worship, preaching, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We are a Pentecostal church that is part of the Assemblies of God.

Do you have kids? We would love to have your children be a part of The Shores Kids! Once you arrive, our greeters will help you find our children check-in. From there your child will go to our Nursery (birth thru 18 months), Toddler (18 months – 3), Preschool (3 and 4 year olds), and/or Elementary (Kindergarten thru 5th grade) room. We try to make it easy and safe for both parents and kids. We have no doubt, once your kids arrive and get checked-in, they’ll have a blast learning about Jesus!
