The Rosedene offers room only guest accommodation and is owned, and wholly ran, by Mark and Andrea.
At The Rosedene, not only are you guaranteed a warm welcome, but you can also rest assured your room will be immaculately clean and sparkling fresh. Each with a private ensuite bathroom, large flat screen smart TV, high quality bed linen, a generously stocked tea tray; including breakfast bars and treats, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, cooling fan – every room provides all you should need to enjoy a well-deserved break.
All rooms offer central heating and double glazing, providing maximum comfort all year round.
With 10 rooms, situated over 3 floors, room options include a ground floor double, a family room option on the second floor along with a great single room, also on the second floor. A gorgeous twin room, 2 standard doubles and a further 4 luxury doubles can be found over floors one and two.
Daily housekeeping comes as standard on all rooms.
All rooms are tastefully decorated, to a high standard and are complimented by a guest lounge on the ground floor. All guests can enjoy this space that boasts a Sonos system, large flat screen TV, tea and coffee facilities. There is also a patio area to the front of the property that is bathed in sunshine on those long summer days.
Set in a conservation area, on one of Llandudno’s finest streets, you’ll find The Rosedene on the tree lined Arvon Avenue. Turn right out of the front door and you’ll find yourself at the foot of the Great Orme. Guests often comment on how close they are to the hustle and bustle of the main areas and beach front, while enjoying the quiet of the area in the evenings. Arvon Avenue also boasts no parking restrictions, and is a short level stroll away from shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach front of the North shore and the pier are only a few hundred meters stroll, and The Venue Cymru is a 10 minute walk away. The quieter west shore is only half a mile away on the flat, where miles of sandy beach can be enjoyed along with enviable views of the Conwy estuary and beyond. Here you can find, maybe one of the finest sunsets you’ll ever see.
As The Rosedene offers beautiful room only accommodation, guests can enjoy breakfast at one of many eateries within a 1 to 2 minuet stroll. Wherever you fancy, at a time that suits you. There are no early starts. Leisurely lie-ins and lazy mornings are popular, and guests can enjoy late check outs and enjoy those extra zzz’s.
Extra late check outs can also be arranged for a small extra fee, where available.
Llandudno itself is perfectly positioned on the North Wales coast to discover all the area has to offer, including the Snowdonia Mountain range. The Sherpa bus service is a frequent and affordable option to get you there and picks up less than 200 meters away. For the more active and adventurous, the property can arrange adventure days, tailored to you, including gorge walking, climbing experiences, or an exclusive accompanied guide up Snowdon on lesser-known paths. Or maybe an accompanied hike… starting from the stunning Beddgelert, up one of the quieter mountains in the range. Transport and catering can also be arranged.

The property is strictly non-smoking inside the building and can’t accommodate pets in high season. Small dogs (Yorkies, Shih Tzu, Westie etc} maybe be considered in low season, on the ground floor only (extra charge and returnable damage deposit required).
