The Gillen House Bed and Breakfast, located in Maxeys, Georgia, offers a serene escape with its elegant guest rooms, each featuring full en-suite bathrooms and high-quality amenities. Opened in April 2019, this B&B is designed for relaxation and indulgence in the tranquil countryside environment. Guests can enjoy gourmet breakfasts with changing daily menus and have the option for arranged evening meals. The property is extensive, including a manicured lawn, gardens, a pecan orchard, and added attractions like a turtle pond and a bocce ball court. The founders, Cynzia Sanchez and Edward Toledano, aimed to create a peaceful retreat reflecting their creative inclinations, which are also expressed in the artwork displayed around the property. Key affiliations include Select Registry and local community initiatives, demonstrating their commitment to both high standards and local engagement.
