Along with the usual Avatar that other children’s book companies offer i.e. Skin, Eye, Hair and clothes colours we have designed and implemented a character builder that is great fun when building an avatar of your child.
The character that you name and build will be included within the story to ensure that your child is empowered and becomes the hero of their own story world.
You have 3 body types to choose from;
standing body
standing body short – for toddlers and little people
Wheelchair
On this page you also select your child’s skin colour from a range of 6 colours.

We then have 2 faces you can choose from;
Non Down’s syndrome
Down’s syndrome

Eye shapes and colour x 5

Hair choices;
No hair for children that are having hair loss treatments
12 hair styles
2 Hijab hair covering styles

Outfit = one kilt selection at this time with 4 kilt colours, we intend to add to national outfits over time.

Tops = 7 tops styles with 14 different colours

Bottoms = 3 different styles with 14 colours, more tops to come in the future

Socks = long and short with 14 different colour selections.

Shoes = 1 types at the moment with 14 colour selections

Features = 3 differents types of glasses, Freckles, rosy cheeks, Hearing aid /s, White walking cane, Coloured walking cane, Crutches, Walking frame and an assistance / pet dog.
When a wheel chair body type is selected the you also have a choice of colours for the chair.

After building your children’s character you then have the option to add either a drop down dedication or write your own which will be included in the books.

On our flag ship book The Name That Blew Away the book includes you child, dedication and inclusion into the story where the animals in the local zoo help find your childs name. The animals all have the same letters as your child’s name which makes the story unique for each child.
The other books offer the child’s avatar, dedication and their name included in the story so again every book is unique to your child.
