All products are categorized in heat levels from Mild, over Hot to Wild, and have a clear ingredient list + allergen information. Most of the products are Vegan friendly (some do contain honey), and all products are suitable for Vegetarians.
All pepper products come from small batch craft producers and do not contain artificial colors or preservatives. Most products do not contain added salt (making them suitable for low-sodium diets).
When products get a YouTube review the links are added to the product page, and registered users can also review products on the website.
A lot of hot sauces have food pairing advice, and there is also a growing recipe section on how to use the chili products they sell.

The Chilli Shop EU is owned and operated by Bob Conaert “Pepper Hustler” and Kristien Van Duffel “Pepper Pitbull”. Two pepper enthusiasts and chili promoters, who are also co-founders of Chillifair EU.
Chillifair is the Annual Belgium Chilifest and home of the Belgium championship (BK) Chili pepper eating, and the Extreme Hot HAMburger competition.
