The Beautiful Store was started from our founders’ home and with little help (other than from her 2 retrievers who inspire beauty themselves). We are advocates of fabulous service and our founder’s dream was, and still is, to have a store where customers enjoy the convenience of online shopping while also benefitting from all they purchase. But more than that, we personally care and are always available if any advice is needed. Online shopping can be personal. Or as personal as you want it to be.
The ultimate prize for us is hearing from customers that the cream or oil or whatever product, not only did the trick but made them FEEL beautiful too. Because to us, it’s not just about looking beautiful, it’s about feeling beautiful!
And because we understand (and dislike!) the word ‘budget’, and know that daily life can be very expensive, we have implemented a Loyalty Program that rewards customers for signing up, sharing, and after each purchase. We called it “Beauty Stars” because that’s really what our customers are to us.
We are proud that we have seen steady growth as we’ve navigated our way through understanding exactly what our customers want and also finding products that do what they promise. We hope to continue this journey and grow our store into being the skin, hair, collagen and health online emporium in South Africa.
