Sydney started her photography journey in 2008, in a high school photography class. Learning both digital and film photography. From there she started taking many self portraits as well as senior photos for friends and family. In 2010, Sydney started college at Grand Valley State University to learn more about photography, business and advertising. In 2012, she photographed her first wedding and also had her self portraits published in the book “Shooting Yourself”. Fast forward to 2016, Sydney officially became a full time wedding photographer and has photographer over 300 weddings and counting.
