Stucco Safe’s stucco inspectors are highly trained and certified in the identification of these common moisture problems. Our process includes a 3 phase approach. We perform a visual inspection of the stucco system and identify missing installation details. We perform a thermal imaging of the structure and look for temperature anomalies that may identify moisture problems. We then perform a thorough invasive inspection which allows us to measure the moisture content of the wood structure and also identify failure. We seal these locations with a color matched sealant.
