Stevie G knew he could make a better quality at an affordable cost to take while hunting and to share with family and friends.
Stevie G Jerky was started in a home kitchen in the 1980s. Wanting to have a chewy effect without fear of cracking a tooth, ground extruded jerky was started, using lean quality meat and signature spices, and many trial and error batches. It wasn’t until the 1990s, when Stevie G curated the “perfect batch”
After years of asking his Dad (Stevie G) for the “secret” 30 year old extruded beef jerky recipe, Ryan succeeded and Stevie G Jerky LLC was officially formed, a true family owned and operated company.
The flavors have expanded over the years, starting with Mild, Hot, Honey bbq, Hot honey bbq and tangy teriyaki. ‘Stevie G’ is still the brains behind our recipes and continues to refine and create new flavors to expand our jerky collection.
