Keith Swain said “We pride ourselves on the quality of our training and the pastoral care of our apprentices. Our highly qualified instructors are passionate about their subjects and often go above and beyond to ensure our apprentices receive the best possible education. In addition to academic excellence, we also place a strong emphasis on personal growth and development. Our pastoral care team is always on hand to support our apprentices, both in and out of the classroom. We believe that by providing a holistic education experience, we are preparing our students for successful futures in whatever field they choose to pursue.”
We are delighted to announce that Solveway has recently been graded as good by Ofsted. This is a fantastic achievement, and it is a testament to the hard work of our staff, employers and apprentices. We are committed to providing a high-quality education, and we are constantly striving to improve. We know that there are always areas in which we can do better, and we will continue to work hard to make sure that our students receive the best possible education. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our parents and carers for their support. Without them, we would not be able to provide the same high standard of education. together, we can continue to make Solveway a great place to learn.

Apprenticeships are a strong alternative to university, with zero debt, in fact you get paid to learn. Apprenticeship schemes are growing in popularity, with more and more businesses offering opportunities to learn on the job and gain recognised qualifications. Many apprenticeships lead to professional qualifications such as the Association of Taxation Technicians (AAT) or CompTIA. There are also specific programmes in accountancy, finance and IT which are designed to give apprentices the skills they need to progress in their chosen career. Apprenticeships offer a great way to learn new skills and knowledge, without having to take out a student loan. In addition, many apprenticeship programmes include a salary, so you can earn while you learn. Apprenticeships are therefore a great alternative to university for those looking to start their career in a specific industry.
