Simon Harrison Real Estate

We have more than a dozen professionals with over 20 years of experience, on average, with the principal broker in the business full time for almost 40 years. A lot has changed since the 1980s… but honesty, integrity and hard work isn’t “old school”. Here, it is our only school.

Since the 1890s they’ve closed thousands of successful sales of all kinds of Houses, Land & Commercial properties, plus we fully engage in the support services of year round & seasonal rentals, renovations, construction, new homes and other luxury investments. SHRE’s core business is by referral from locals, including small and large investors that are families, builders, developers designers, landlords and other businesses. Full service to the trades with various commercial properties, restaurants, retail, mixed use, hotels and different subdivisions including oceanfront horse farms and agricultural reserves.

Simon Harrison is a working broker, and after the first 20 years, helped people build their own dream home if it was not available on the market. Simon is now known for regularly wire-framing deal structures ahead of the market, for the market, and in fact creating the market. Simon applies his expertise to bundle (raw land & smaller houses) with (designers & architects) + (contractors. builders & developers) and offers the finished product to end users “by the pound”. This releases the trapped value in properties, yet still offers them wholesale in a way that everyone benefits in time energy and actual investment grade discounts to finished products. There are a hundred examples of new post modern homes with pools, modern & transitional waterfront houses and perfect, traditional and village historic district homes behind 400 year old sentinel trees that were engineered for happy homeowners.

Simon Harrison has also been accused of being a clean water advocate disguised as a Broker. The firm started a The Sag Harbor Oyster Club, a 5013-c non profit, to raise & release oysters and other shellfish to naturally clean the tidal reach, and prevent naturally occurring algae blooms from becoming harmful. Raising awareness on the perils of pesticides, overuse of fertilizers, and misguided estate care has also become a core mission. This guidance elevates the responsibility of homeowners to fierce stewards of not only their own land, but the living waters that create and nourish the our water-based paradise, as well as the very investments they’ve made in The Hamptons. Simon and his crew has helped many buyers become well versed with the positive roles of zooplankton and phytoplankton, shellfish and bayscaping ideals as a new love. If we didn’t have the best waters all around us, we wouldn’t be here, and that deserves our first thought.
