The shipping option will vary based on the customer’s location.

Payment Options: Shopwice accepts both offline and online payments. You can pay offline with Mobile Money and Cash. Online payment includes various credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Verve, American Express, and also mobile money. Shoppers within these areas in the Greater Accra region and Central Region of Ghana have the option to either pay online or pay cash on delivery. These areas include Accra, Tema, and Kasoa. For customers with a billing address in the remaining regions of Ghana, the only payment available is the online payment option. Until the payment for your order has been confirmed, your products will not be dispatched.

Shipping Times and Delays: As Shopwice promises its customers a good shopping experience, delivering all orders just on time is a major priority. Orders take a maximum of 3 days to be delivered to all parts of Ghana. When same-day delivery is possible for an order, it surely pulls the surprise of express same-day delivery on our customers. For shoppers within Accra, Tema, and Kasoa, the normal and standard delivery timelines are 12 to 36 hours. Sometimes you can even receive your orders just 3 hours after making a successful order.
