The manufacturer (Shelly Cloud) is based in Bulgaria, and although they do ship worldwide, there are number of reasons why customers would or should want to order via our website:
1. The price you see is the price you pay: There are no extra duty or vat costs added during import to the UK (we are no longer part of the EU).
2. Delivery times are much faster: we offer a next-day delivery service.
3. Top class support: We offer our own support service for devices purchased from our website. The manufacturer’s support is slow to respond (can take days), and not all agents are personally familiar with the devices. Furthermore, English is not their native language. Our support aims to respond to queries within 48 hours, but in 99% of cases it is within 1-2 working hours! We have expert staff who know the devices inside out and who are native English speakers.
