I love technology and I’m constantly seeking the newest and best tech available to help my clients sell or purchase a home. This ranges from advanced social media marketing and personalized landing pages for their home to laser measuring square footage during showings.
I have a passion for real estate and I love seeing the smiles and sighs of relief at the closing table when a deal and the hard work is finally complete. I take it personal when a client has a stressor or obstacle in their home buying or home selling process, and I make it a goal for us to overcome it together.
I also have a passion for helping first responders, veterans, and frontline workers. I have joined with American Frontline Rewards to offer incentive programs to frontline heroes. These categories include teachers, medical workers, military veterans and active duty personnel, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, law enforcement, corrections, and more! I offer cash incentives from my commission to help buyer and seller clients save money as my way of saying, “Thank you for your service.” I have a personal background in law enforcement and I understand what these frontline workers go through every day. They deserve our support and help. I also partner with lenders and closing attorneys that offer incentives to these frontline heroes to keep even more money in their pockets!
My background in law enforcement includes crisis and hostage negotiations training. These skills translate over to the real estate market where I negotiate contracts and deals for the best interests of my clients.
I constantly seek further education and training to stay abreast of the real estate markets trends, laws, and techniques. I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master’s in Public Administration before moving to Birmingham in 2014.
