SB Virtual Assistant Ltd was created in 2019 by Sandrine Boniface, a Canadian accountant, and a Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, to serve Canadians from self-employed home-based to small and medium-sized businesses.

As she wanted to travel while working, she used Upwork for several years (and continue to use it for non-accounting projects all around the world), and after a lot of requests from entrepreneurs and SMEs, she decided to create her own website in 2021, Virtual Assistant 24/7.
