Our background is 35 combined years of ecommerce, being self-employed as one of the largest wedding accessory companies in the U.S. Ecommerce is all about highly targeted marketing, especially on social media and search engines such as Google. We now employ our marketing experience to our real estate business, so that we can get our listings in front of the largest audience of the most opportune buyers. This includes internationally advertising properties when appropriate. Our methods create more competition for our listings and increase the selling price of the homes. In order to offer the very best service to our clients, we cannot just add a listing to the MLS and then sit back and wait for it to sell, as many agents do (because that is all they know how to do). Real estate classes do not teach agents how to market properties. We consider ourselves marketing specialists with real estate licenses, rather than real estate agents trying to figure out how to do marketing.
For our buyers, we offer our Perfect Home Finder service. No longer are buyers limited to only what is on the MLS. Our specialized and aggressive marketing results in finding off-market and pre-market homes that no one else knows about. Our buyers will have no competition in buying these properties because they aren’t on the market. We do not charge anything for this service, but we do ask our clients for their loyalty when we expend this effort on their behalf.
