Salty Kit

I am Nicola the founder of Salty Kit, a Cornish brand based just outside of Padstow. I am a sole trader and my journey began in 2020 when, as a furloughed employee, I channelled my downtime into creativity and launched my very first business. My goal? To bring some zest and style to the world of waterproof bags.

The idea came from my love for paddleboarding. I needed a dry bag for the front of my board to keep my essentials safe and dry. Back then, most dry bags were plain and had big, bold logos. That’s when I dreamed up stylish dry bags in various colours and patterns, combining practicality with great quality.

These bags are my custom designs, inspired by my own water adventures. I’ve ensured they meet all the requirements of a waterproof bag, based on my experiences. I have ensured my products are of premium quality, with very unique bold designs that stand out. They are all quality tested on and in the water.
