Bryan also co-authored a book with Brian Tracy called “Winning Strategies For Success. Succeeding In Business In Any Market”. This book provides great advice and insight for any business owner or professional and is a stepping stone on your journey to great success

Bryan has over 30 years of experience as a business owner, leader and trainer. He specializes in helping small business owners get their teams aligned, engaged, committed and all moving in the same direction. This allows the business owner to free up their time to focus on business growth and the things they enjoy. You do not have to spend all of your time on employee performance problems. Employees do extraordinary things, even when the leader, or business owner is not around.

The core program we offer is called “Mastering The Art of Alignment”. This program gives you a pragmatic approach to introducing new ideas to your employees, getting them to agree on a path forward, and commit to carrying their weight in getting that idea across the finish line. This course is offered online, in-person or virtual live coaching. Other courses we offer include: The Leadership Challenge, Dealing with Difficult Conversations, Leadership Fundamentals, Change Management – Thriving Through Workplace Change, Effective Communication Skills.

The final part of the offering in Leadership Coaching. This is one-on-one coaching where Bryan works with the business owner. He gets to know the company, the corporate culture and the challenges the leader is facing. Then he customizes the best program to help them move forward and take the business to the next level.
