Meet the Mom Behind It All
Roasted by Mom started in 2019 as a home roasting project under the name Elliott & Murrey Coffee Roasters before evolving into the unapologetically mom-run brand it is today. Why the rebrand? Because coffee, like a good mom, should have personality—something real, something with soul, and something that keeps you coming back for more.
Our founder, Keri Elliott, (aka the Mom in charge) didn’t just stumble into coffee—she obsessed over it. From perfecting roast profiles to curating the right beans, everything we do is rooted in a love for the craft. We don’t do “corporate coffee”—we do coffee that makes you feel seen, cared for, and just a little bit cooler.
