Oracle.
For the Oracle Red Bull Racing event, we delivered our full-motion Formula simulator with virtual reality and an F1-licensed steering wheel to provide the best F1 virtual experience. Next to the Formula simulator, we placed the Grand Prize competition screen prominently displaying the best lap times. We kept champagne and trophies for the TOP THREE PILOTS. We competed in the legendary racing track Monza – the temple of speed. Oracle used RoarFun emotional branding to add the logo to the racing track, inside the Formula on the halo, and on the Grand Prize screen.
Semrush.
The Semrush SEO company approached us to deliver a motion racing simulator for the Reactive IT Conference. Semrush was the main conference sponsor, and the stand was located next to the main stage. Location was essential, as the simulator needed to get people’s attention while remaining super silent during conference speeches. We used an FIA-certified motion system that can generate up to 2G but stay silent. We used 3Real screens to catch the most people’s attention, along with a Ferrari-licensed steering wheel and headphones for the most immersive racing experience.
Audi.
Audi approached us to deliver an immersive racing experience for their stand at a classical music festival. We cooperated for several years to implement vintage, DTM, rally, and off-road experiences. Race through time. The concept behind the events was to showcase the rich history of the Audi brand in a unique and emotional way. We even took the racing experience to the SnowJam festival next to a ski slope. A historical setting in the 1930s with the iconic Auto Union Type C, a rally in the 1980s featuring the legendary Audi S1E2, a super-fast DTM racing in the modern era, and an insane electric off-road experience.
GE AVIATION.
For the GE Aviation Family Day, we received a request to provide two flight simulators suitable for children and adults. The event took place at the local airport. Children learned the basics of flight controls – reaching certain altitudes, take-off, and landing speed. We used different scenarios of taking off during the day and night with varying weather conditions. We used easy settings so small children could enjoy flying. The scenario was to take off and land at the same airport where the event took place.
ExxonMobil.
The concept for the ExxonMobil event was to showcase the brand’s history through famous cars and races, immersive motion simulators, and VR technology. The event occurred at the company HQ, where we delivered a motion Porsche GT1 simulator to showcase the 90s era and a motion Formula simulator with an official Formula 1 racing seat and F1-licensed Ferrari steering wheel. To enhance the experience, we used iPads to play live recordings of David Croft’s commentary at the racing highlights, such as start, collision, overtaking, and finish.
DHL.
For an internal DHL event, we have prepared an exciting racing experience in a VIP booth overlooking the racing track’s start/stop finish line. Players competed for the best times and drove DHL diesel fun vans powered purely by electricity – an experience available only in our racing simulators! We placed the DHL logo on the racing track, billboards, and the Ford delivery van, embellished with DHL branding and featuring the iconic yellow colour scheme.
Porsche.
For the Porsche sales event, we had a request to provide racing entertainment in the theme – “Let’s work together”, integrating the Porsche logo into the racing track and Grand Prize competition screen. We provided two racing simulators with Porsche GT1 competing at Monza for the best time and slot cars race track. Visitors were encouraged to gather in teams and compete with 4 participants for the best results. We used Porsche’s history for the slot cars to provide four models from different eras. A branded Grand Prize screen with trophies was present next to each activity.
ABB.
For an internal ABB event at the star observatory, we delivered two stands: a motion jet fighter simulator with an external screen for the best times and a space rocket launch simulator. Attendees had an opportunity to experience flying a real jet aircraft, either on the external screen or in virtual reality. We displayed the ABB logo on the screen, showing competitors’ standings during the event. Visitors worldwide were ready to launch in the sky with a motion jet fighter simulator. The most adventurous could launch into space in an immersive virtual reality experience.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
For the HP Enterprise international event, we provided a motion flight simulator featuring 3Real screens. The large screens captivated attendees, offering an incredible flight experience. Our flight simulators are compact, so it was easy to install in the hardly accessible space on the top floor. Participants got brief instructions for basic controls on how to fly a Boeing aeroplane. We used a scenario to take off and land at the local airport close to the hotel location. We educated all participants on how to use flaps, speed and ground brakes, and throttle management for take-off and landing.
ARROW FORUM: 14 sponsors.
Arrow F1 McLaren team sponsor approached us to deliver an immersive Formula simulator for the Arrow Forum. It had 14 sponsors in 3 tiers. The main organizer was Arrow followed by the Platinum tear: Microsoft, Citrix, F5, Checkpoint, and Gold tear: CommVault, Ivanti, Keysight, OPSWAT, Oracle, Pure Storage, Tenable, TuFin, VEEAM, Vmware. All sponsors needed to be integrated into a virtual racing track, giving each sponsor an appropriate tier presence. Client tested simulators in our ShowRoom and accepted our advice to use two Formula motion simulators – one with 3Real screens to get people’s attention and another with VR to provide the best virtual Formula experience. Conference participants experienced simulators during breaks, so our support ensured attendees’ turnover time was quick. We used beginner settings, giving everybody a chance to win prizes. Competition for the best lap time was organized to award top 3 winners amazing prizes.
Dell Technologies.
The Dell Technologies company is the Formula 1 McLaren racing team sponsor. We delivered Formula racing experience for the Dell Technologies event, where the head speaker was company founder Michael Dell. Attendees enjoyed a virtual formula experience during the conference. We used emotional branding for the Dell Technologies logo and placed it on the Formula Halo, billboards and bridges on the racing track in Austria. Participants could pick between virtual reality and the big screen for their preferred experience. We used beginner settings to give everybody a chance to win prizes.
Events Club Forum.
In partnership with the Czech Convention Bureau and Europe Congress, we provided an immersive flight experience for the Events Club Forum in Prague. Our setup featured three large, eye-catching screens that covered the entire field of vision. The pilot’s seat was on a motion platform that replicated the plane’s movements for an enhanced flight experience. RoarFun’s flight setup is unique: it can accommodate people from 5 to 95 years old, men and women. Although we run the software used for commercial pilot training, we simplify controls so everybody can enjoy the flight experience at your events. Each visitor had an opportunity to pick their local airport. Guests from all over the world commented that the virtual flight looked exactly like their home area. We used RoarFun Emotional Branding to include our partners’ logos into a virtual flight. The left side of the airplane was branded with “WOW your visitors.” The Right side had “Czech Convention Bureau” and “Events Clubs Forum” logos. It was a perfect opportunity to connect brands with guests’ emotions from the flight. This service caught the attention of many participants, making them interested in future cooperation.
