The website is designed to give direct communication between the property owner and the holiday maker.
The owner pays a subscription monthly or yearly depending on what they want if they have mote than 1 property say a property management company who like to advertise, they get a discount the more they add.
All payments for bookings go to the owner and all communication is done directly, basically we are a shop window for owners, also we are only looking at the Spanish market not world wide like others are tryng. so this helps narrow the searching down for holiday makers
I like to get this year 100 paying owners and next year 250 plus if possible, this should not be hard but i am finding it is as competing with free Facebook groups
