We offer the ‘Just in-time Real Estate Exam Training’, This program is offered as a means of a refresher course, training and actual exam taking sessions. Ideally one should go through this training the weekend before the exam date up to 14 days away from the actual Real Estate Exam. In the, ‘Just in-time Real Estate Exam Training’, we will spend two solid days of covering frequently asked questions and real Estate concepts. The Realtor ® candidates would have the opportunity to take a minimum of two simulated exams as part of this curriculum. You will be able to confidently take the licensing exam and the ultimate successful start of a rewarding Real Estate career.
Beyond passing the licensing program we provide training material & courses helping the new licensees to select a better Broker to join, we cover and simplify what we call ‘Real-Estate-success-tool-Kit’ which are tools, techniques and experiences to utilize in order to stand out ahead of the pack, provide training and mentorship on getting over the hump, what tools are a must, which ones you could wait on. Ultimately being able to successfully make offers and navigate the closing process to a successful commission check.
Our, ‘Sales Contract-Closing Training & Mentorship’ program is designed to eliminate and replace the traditional in-house broker training and mentorship. The broker offered program is where a new licensee is paired up with a seasoned Realtor®. The program dictates that the new Licensee split their commissions on their first three (3) transactions with the supposed mentor. This is of course after the split with the broker of the record, leaving the licensee with the great experience and disbelief of bluntly putting it, ‘getting ripped off’! We have yet to meet a Realtor® that could claim they benefited, gained valuable experience and or made any money from such a one-sided arrangement.
In contrast, at Realestry®, we take the newly licensed Realtor® through the processes of what comes next, what to expect, forms, disclosures, contracts, Escrow instructions and closing.
