Owner Rainer Willeke’s first experiences with personal computers date all the way back to 1980. In 1987, he graduated high school with honours in Computer Science & Music, studied Computing Technology at Vancouver Island University (then called Malaspina University-College), and holds a CompTIA A+ certification. Since 1987, he has worked with countless home & small business clients in multiple environments, listening to their needs and working hard to help them get the best from their technology. In addition, he has a strong background in audio, video, music production & photography, holding further certifications in areas such as Acoustics & Time Alignment, Loudspeaker Enclosure Design, and Robotics & Motorization.

Raindog Solutions offers on-site tech services for clients located in the Oceanside region (including Nanoose Bay, Parkville, Qualicum Beach & area) seeking assistance with Windows PCs or network & WiFi issues. We can also help with common tasks on your other devices, such as Android or iOS devices smart TVs, and various network appliances.

For clients outside of our geographical area, we also offer state-of-the-art remote tech support services, through which we can help diagnose & resolve many common technical issues. This service is available across the globe for Windows devices that have Internet access and a working web browser.
