Port360

When I started working for a beverage delivery company in Düsseldorf, my network grew very fast. I sold drinks, beer and wine to gastronomy, hotels and big companies. After a while customers and brewerys acem up and asked if I knew someone who would to like to run restaurants and pubs. Owners of restaurants wanted to start a secong venue and asked me if I knew some places in Düsseldorf.

That was the start of my job as a real etstate agent for gastronomy. Soon the first places were done and more an more people wanted to talk to me about renting a new venue. But there were many people who didnt show up on appointments or just wanted to check the restaurant without renting it. I lost a lots of time and corona started. It was so difficult to do appointments at restaurants at cafés with others.

Then I discovered matterport tours in facebook. A realtor who was working with one of my persons in my network did a virtual tour for her restaurant. So I totally consumed everything about virtual tours in 3D. I ordered a matterport camera and start to scan the restaurants I wanted to deal. But there was more than just real estate. I started to dive into the possibilities that this technonolgy gave me.

The next step was founding Port360. A company for virtual tours. I scanned restaurants and cafés for marketing purposes. I scanned schools, shops, wedding venues and a Harley store. The next step was buying a 360° camera for creating 360° tours with 3D and be more flexible. Another step followed very fast to buy a iGuide Planix system to create 360° tours with automatic floor plans. I was the first person in Germany that was an official iGuide service provider.

Finally I ordered a phto drone. Now I want to complete my business with drone videos and aerial shots for real estate business and marketing purposes for companies in my area. And by the way: I am still a realtor, but the one with the best technology in my city.
