Poesis primarily produces cold connection jewelry, a form of wirewrapping that does not include the use of solder or flame. Cold connection is mankinds’ oldest form of jewelrymaking.
Poesis specializes in unique, whimsical, ethereal jewelry made with gemstones and long lasting metals; Copper, Sterling Silver, 14kt goldfill and 14kt gold.
Jennifer began making gemstone jewelry after a near death experience post surgery, where a hemmhorage caused pulsless electrical activity, causing a code blue which required 35 minutes of CPR and 14 units of blood as only 2 of the major interventions to stabilize and save her life. The peace she found in wirework brought joy back into Jennifer’s life. Poesis is her way of sharing that peace and joy with the world.
