Growing up in the San Fernando Valley and serving Los Angeles County for the past decade has brought so much fulfillment in serving communities where I grew up and live. Real Estate is my passion. Helping people brings me joy. Understanding the market, with all of its transitions, has given me the upper hand in any market. Growing my business since 2009 has been a blessing. Because of starting after a recession, I was able to build my business from the bottom up and learn every market (short sale, foreclosure, sellers, buyers, flips. Learned margins, upgrades, and comparables very well). Being detail-oriented and a multi-tasker has helped run my business and scale while still focusing on customer service.
