Main Services
Our founder, Randy Schouten graduated with a BA from Western Michigan University and started his career at Deloitte & Touche where he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He discovered his passion for property management shortly thereafter and started his own property management business in 1995 while concurrently becoming a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA). He has been managing private residences ever since while living in the mountains of Colorado.
Our co-founder, Jeff Long has several years of experience in all areas of vacation rental management including short and long-term residential rentals, owner relations, property refurbishments, real estate brokerage, and business development. He also has a deep understanding of property management and real estate sales. He is always ready to share valuable insights of the industry.
