PA Workspace was set up in 2021 to supply flexible hybrid co-working spaces for people, teams, and organizations that want flexibility to hire a desk for where they work from.

PA Workspace

With organizations not looking to return full time to an office since the 2020 pandemic, people are often now finding their homes are being converted from places of sanctuary from the workday to places where the workday never seems to end. We consider the co-working spaces and hot desk hire to be a perfect solution to reclaim the work life balance between time you spend focused on work and time to spend with the family at home.
These also allow for teams to get together and take the benefits from being co-located while collaborating with each other.

Additionally, we offer business address services to support start up and home-based businesses. These include levels where you can use our address as your businesses registered address. This will save you from having to use your home and therefore having your home address listed in the company registration and articles. Further services include a P.O box and using the address as your general business address where you can collect your mail and meet your customers.

When you put this altogether as a subscription package a start up can register & run their business while making use of the hot desks to conduct work and meet clients in our meeting room in person or virtually using the video conferencing facilities.

The meeting room which we call our collaboration zone can be set up to accommodate tables of teams, classroom style for students and boardroom style for meetings as needed. There is full provision of whiteboards and further support for workshops and teams can be added such as flipcharts and sound dividers.

There is interactive technology available to add for any booking as we have two 65-inch interactive panels fixed to the walls which run both Android 11 and Windows 10, a range of software for team working already installed and capable of 20-point multi touch interaction. In addition to these there is a 75-inch free standing interactive panel running Android 11 that also has all the same software and touch options as the fixed position ones. But this also has the video conferencing equipment added to it so that any use needed can be supported.

The building has redundant high speed broadband connectivity with two different forms of failover so that even the most bandwidth intensive applications can run smoothly and support seamless interaction when running training, workshops or video conferencing.

During 2022 we extended the website to a platform that any existing conference centre, meeting room, or hot desk hire facility as well as any office that has extra capacity can use to make their spaces available for hire to our users. As all businesses are looking to maximise their revenue potential now due to global economic conditions, we consider this now offers even the smallest of business with a physical location the same opportunity to generate new revenue streams in the same way that Airbnb has done so for homeowners.

As this develops, we will extend the platform to include all the service options we have while allowing partners to choose which they wish to take part in. Partners decide what they want to make available for hire, the times it is available and the cost they will charge to hire a resource. We do give guidance, but this is only to help anyone new to understand the market potential of a resource they have. There is no set fee to take part and no monthly minimum we simply charge a percentage per transaction and pay the balance to each of our partners.
