We also have an auction department that can place your property on an auction and if sold have it complete within twenty-eight days. This is a very fast process and is a secure sale. I do not have a high street location as it is not necessary nowadays, this also makes my fees more competitive than a high street agency and I offer more than what they can in terms of marketing nationwide, using a huge network of agencies to get buyers or tenants, full financial services and dedicated marketing team.
