One signature course, How to Build A New Home Niche

New Home Co-broker Academy LLC

Our graduates become certified new home co-brokers (NHCB) by completing an online course and passing a 50-question exam with a score of at least 80.

The course is written by David Fletcher, who spent his 20-year Realtor career recruiting, training, and supervising new home sales teams that sold more than $3 billion in new construction. Fletcher wrote the three-hour course based solely on his experience.

The course fills a need for experience-based new home training that the resale professional is not trained to meet. Realtors are introduced to strategies that show resale professionals how to leverage their skills to sell more resales and new construction by adding new home showings to their resale showings,

The timing is always good for realtors to add new home inventory to their showing schedules, but it is especially good in a down market. This is a time that homebuilders need Realtors the most and are willing to pay liberal commissions. What builders really need are more qualified home shoppers, and builder know that Realtors control most of these.

Fletcher began his real estate career as the executive price president of Bay Island in South Pasadena, Fl, the second largest condominium community in Florida at the time. It was here he learned how to work with Realtors and earned his real estate broker’s license. He decided he wanted to spend his career representing home builders and builders/developers as their broker of record. Over the years, he was the exclusive broker or record or marking consultant for 27 lender works. His teams converted 11 apartments to condominiums and sold out 16 home builder subdivisions, mostly on Florida’s west coast and central Florida areas.

He chaired the Sales and Marketing Council for the Florida Home Builders Association, was President of the Florid Condominium Developers Association, and was awarded a key to the City of St. Petersburg, Fl, for his service on the city’s economic development council.
