Having transformed from an ASA sailing lessons-only school into a complete ocean cruising sailing school, we not only just teach sailing; we ignite a passion for the open sea. Whether you’ve always dreamed of gliding across ocean waves, want to test the salty waters to see if sailing is your calling, or seek to enhance your existing sailing skills, you’ve found your haven.
Myrtle Beach Sailing School offers American Sailing certification courses (ASA sailing lessons) and non-certification ocean sailing lessons that are perfect for those individuals, couples, friends or families that have either always wanted to learn to sail, would like to find out if sailing is for them, or would like to increase their sailing skills and confidence.
With a 3 student limit and an additional day of sailing for beginner classes (101, 102, 103 & 104), our ASA sailing certification courses offer students more on-the-water instruction than most sailing schools, slowing the pace while allowing you more time to absorb and process your new skills.

Our 104 & 106 courses prepare you for true-to-life coastal cruising experiences allowing you to become a more competent sailor.
Sailing lessons are available as either individual, combo liveaboard, or private couple/pair liveaboard programs.
