MKT Custom Jewelry was started in early 2023 by Krystal Threlfell, single mom to a pretty awesome boy, and interior design technologist in Alberta, Canada.

Krystal’s passion for design is what lead to the creation of this online store and its items. She would make these jewelry card designs in the evenings as her ‘me’ time, and eventually started up an Etsy store. After about 6 months of selling on Etsy, it was time to expand to our own special e-commerce website.
What sets MKT Custom Jewelry apart is the ability to personalize most of the items in the store. Whether it’s the jewelry item itself, from custom name necklaces and engraved pieces, to personalized message cards to make unique, one-of-a-kind creations that’ll make hearts skip a beat. MKT Custom Jewelry is also happy to take custom requests, for example if a grandmother has a special title, or if a loved one has a special nickname that someone would like incorporated into their gift, we are more than happy to fulfill these special requests at no additional cost to the customer.
The jewelry itself is extremely well-made and great quality. We use polished stainless steel, which, unlike other softer materials, can withstand most daily activities without sustaining corrosion and scratches. Plus, stainless steel jewelry doesn’t tarnish so it looks good even with minimal maintenance. It’s also excellent for those who are allergic to certain metals or prefer to avoid silver and gold.
We also use 18k gold finish on stainless steel, which is tarnish resistant, water resistant, durable, hypoallergenic, and more affordable than solid gold.
And we of course have our solid 10k gold necklace for those who love the luxury of solid gold, but want the hardness to resist bending and scratching.
MKT Custom Jewelry is made and shipped out of the USA and EU to service worldwide shipping. Due to the custom nature of the items, every piece is lovingly made to order and has a fast 2-5 business day production timeline, with an option to have your item gift wrapped.
