We were among the first companies to help exclusively with churches and nonprofits when we started back in 2015.
We use a unique project manager approach which circumvents many of the problems found in VA circles.
Hayley and I started the company because we have a heart for the local church and pastors who are overwhelmed.

Ministry Assistant Services (MAS) uniquely meets the needs of churches and nonprofits by focusing almost exclusively on this niche. The founders, Hayley and Daniel Pandolph, began the company in 2015 out of a love for the local Church and the knowledge that pastors are frequently overwhelmed with day-to-day administrative tasks.

MAS is among the first companies of its kind, and provides a Project Management approach. This management style allows for a singular point of contact on the client-interface side, a wide range of skill sets to draw from, and circumvents many of the problems found in virtual assistant circles. Because our clients work with one point-person who then draws on our team’s vast areas of expertise, the scope of what we deliver is broad.

The phrase “the sky’s the limit” is one which truly fits our approach to tasks. Many of our clients have routine needs (think: weekly bulletins, church-wide emails, database management), yet also have numerous one-off projects such as original content creation for social media, graphics for events, and event planning. Our team approach allows a variety of individuals to contribute to deliverables, while streamlining communication with the client by maintaining exclusive contact between the client and Project Manager.

Of further benefit to our particular clientele is the cost-effective nature of MAS. Rather than hiring an in-office staff member (which typically involves salary, benefits, space, and equipment), our team uses their own computers and works by the hour. Our Project Managers ensure that their client’s budget is honored each month, and monitors the work of our virtual assistants for quality and timeliness.
