Living Is Selling offers two services.

Sales Counselling is for people who earn a living as a sales person. They can be just starting out or a successful veteran. They can be in any business in any industry and either in B2B or B2C sales. They can be in outbound, inbound or retail sales too.

Our Sales Counselling service is different in that we provide our sales training to individual sales people over the phone on or video in private and confidential 45 minute sessions. In this way our clients are comfortable about speaking about anything and not worried about asking “a stupid question” in front of a group.

The benefits and advantages of our private sessions vs a group situation in a room with a white “bored” are :
– we can deal with their individual issues and obstacles and solve those problems
– the sessions are personal
– our guided topics are proprietary and cover the soft skills of sales, i.e. changing habits vs the hard tactics of group training, i.e. how to close a sale
– the sessions are about relational not transactional selling
– a sales person can choose to have as many sessions as they would like at a cost of $60 CDN for 45 minutes. Group sales training can cost as much as $1500 per person.
– our Sales Counselling service is measurable and trackable with metrics such as knowing their baseline sales % at the beginning, time to agreement, average contract value and average selling price.

Our Marketing Counselling consulting service is for small to medium owner operated businesses and non-profits to increase the effectiveness in their marketing, advertising and creative. Checklist style audits are performed in all three categories resulting in road map style reports with practical recommendations.
