I’m a REALTOR serving the Glendale, Phoenix Metropolitan, and North West Valley areas of Maricopa County, Arizona, and a recipient of the Five Star Professional Award for 2019 and 2020. I don’t represent investors, wholesalers, or flippers, and I don’t buy properties to fix up. When I work for a Seller, my goal is to get them the most money for their property by generating interest and competition between Buyers. Multiple offers are encouraged and net the Seller more sale proceeds.

I assist Buyers with relocations, both local and long-distance, with new and resale homes. I am connected to my community, and I strive to help Buyers find a community connection that provides them with the perfect balance of wants, needs, and lifestyle.

I know real estate transactions are the result of a change or transition in someone’s life. It could be upsizing or downsizing, a new job opportunity, or a retirement. There are countless reasons someone may wish to buy or sell a property. Part of my job is to help identify the needs surrounding those reasons and facilitate the transaction seamlessly so my Client can move forward with the next phase of their life.

I am a proud member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and serve on the Public Policy Committee. I serve on the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) for the City of Glendale as Chairperson and am the Vice-President of the Citizens’ Police Academy Alumni of Glendale (CPAAG). I served as Vice-Chair of the Citizen Bond Election Committee for the City of Glendale in 2019-2020.

My real estate designations include GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). I am a member of the Master of Real Estate Society.
