Limitless Heating is a domestic heating company based in Midlothian, serving customers across Midlothian, East Lothian, Edinburgh and the wider Lothians. We specialise in gas and oil boiler installations, boiler servicing, heating repairs, radiator upgrades, powerflushing, controls, thermostats and general domestic heating improvements. What sets Limitless Heating apart is that we are not trying to be a faceless national company or a small reactive tradesman business. We sit in the middle: large enough to have proper systems, engineers, vans, office support, customer communication and aftercare, but still local enough that our reputation genuinely matters on every single job. We are building the business around long-term customer relationships rather than one-off transactions. Allan Melville is the Managing Director, and comes from a building, commercial and business background, with experience in building economics, cost control, auditing and construction management. That background shapes the way the business is run. We are not only focused on doing the job, but also on planning it properly, communicating clearly, pricing fairly and making sure the customer understands what is happening before, during and after the work. We focus heavily on domestic heating, which helps us narrow focus and build a stronger, more specialist heating business. That decision has helped us invest more time into training, systems, engineer development, boiler installations, servicing, repair work and customer aftercare. Our core work is boiler installation and heating upgrade work, but we also place a lot of importance on servicing and repairs. Many customers first come to us for a boiler service, small repair or radiator issue, and then stay with us for years. We want to be the heating company a customer phones every time they need help, advice or an honest opinion — not just when they are buying a new boiler. We work across a wide range of homes, from older properties with more complicated pipework and heating systems to newer homes needing simple boiler replacements or efficiency upgrades. Our main focus is Midlothian, East Lothian, Edinburgh and surrounding areas, including places such as Dalkeith, Bonnyrigg, Gorebridge, Penicuik, Musselburgh, Haddington, North Berwick, Dunbar, Gullane, East Linton, Loanhead, Eskbank and nearby towns and villages. By focusing locally, we can build a stronger reputation, respond more efficiently and understand the types of homes and heating systems commonly found in our area.
