Koltm Modular was developed from a lack of presence in New Zealand for affordable, quality & modern, small to medium-sized cabins. This drove our founders Garry & Anil to develop the next generation of high-efficiency, modular home solutions. Koltm Modular strives to make the buying, build and delivery process as streamlined as possible for clients, sticking with you all the way and prioritising transparency. A new home is an important investment and Koltm Modular understands this, focusing on attention to detail & quality in every prefab home produced. A standard home build project can take as little as 8-12 weeks for a small cabin or 12-16 weeks for a large cabin. Koltm Modular starts with a discovery call to discuss your project requirements, this is followed by a deposit on client approval of the project scope, locking in materials and the factory build spot plus other requirements such as the Geotech report, site survey and foundations. While the cabin is in progress, a design call will take place to go over the finish & fitting options. The new modular home then gets transported to the land via a large truck and craned onto the foundations.
