Knowledge Guides is a local test prep center in Arlington, Texas, specializing in customized individual tutoring and small group preparation for the SAT and ACT. Since 1993, we’ve helped thousands of high school students raise their scores by keeping classes small and giving every student the time and attention they need to master proven test-taking strategies. Most of our students come from Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, and the surrounding area. Our small group and one-on-one programs provide detailed feedback, targeted practice, and clear guidance so students can identify weak areas and build confidence before test day. Most of our programs are taught in person at our Arlington center, with online options available for families who need more flexibility. Each program at Knowledge Guides is designed by James Pipkin, author of The Parent's Guide to the SAT and ACT (2007) and a SAT/ACT prep teacher with over 30 years of experience.
