Our products are built using the industries latest technology, we use Balboa control systems to operate the spa and the shells are moulded in Aristech acrylic from the USA. Insulation is a very important feature of spas to keep running costs low so our products are manufactured with foam insulation on the underside of the shell and the cabinet is insulated on the inside and base to create a warm air pocket within the cabinet.
Unlike some of our competitors, we publish our prices on our website. These prices are inclusive of tax and include the hardcover and delivery in East and West Sussex, Kent and Hampshire subject to access

We recommend that your hot tub is serviced annually, this is vital to keep your hot tub or swim spa working efficiently and looking great. Our service includes a chemical flush of the spa to remove Biofilm that forms in the pipework. Biofilm is a breeding ground for bacteria. We can provide this service to all makes and models of hot tub, spa or swim spa. Should you decide not to use your spa over the winter or are going away for a long period we offer a winterisation service, that not only provides a chemical flush and drain but also removal of water in the pipework and pumps to prevent cracking and therefore leaks should it freeze
Should your spa need a repair such as a pump or heater replacement, a leak or seal replacement, we can send one of our skilled technicians to diagnose and repair your hot tub.
If you are moving house or just want your spa moved to a different location in your garden, we can send a team out to relocate your hot tub.
In 2023 we will be launching a spa hire service whereby a customer can hire one for a few days for a party or a few weeks for hydrotherapy rehab. Unlike many hire companies, we will be using real hot tubs rather than air bubble inflatable spas
