Keep-Smiling ZMVZ GmbH

At KeepSmiling, we believe that orthodontic care is about more than just straightening teeth — it’s about giving people confidence, joy, and the freedom to smile without hesitation. Founded in 1987 and continuously evolving ever since, our practice is located in Eschweiler, Germany, and has grown into a well-known center for modern, high-quality orthodontics in the greater Aachen region and beyond.

We specialize exclusively in orthodontic treatment and serve patients of all ages — from children and teens to adults and seniors. With over 2,000 different patients each year and an average of 150–200 appointments per day, our experienced team of 25 staff members (including four doctors) works with the latest digital tools and technology to ensure precision, comfort, and efficiency in every treatment.

What sets KeepSmiling apart is our commitment to innovation and our unique blend of medical excellence and forward-thinking processes. We operate a fully digital, paperless practice — from 3D scanning and treatment planning to scheduling and documentation. Our in-house orthodontic laboratory, staffed by four highly skilled technicians, allows us to produce custom appliances quickly and with consistently high quality. Whether it’s clear aligners, fixed braces, interceptive treatments for children, or complex therapies for adults, everything we do is tailored to the individual needs of our patients.

But there’s more to KeepSmiling than technology. What truly defines us is the way we work. We collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals such as orthopedists, chiropractors, and physiotherapists to offer interdisciplinary support for issues like cranio-mandibular dysfunction (CMD) — an area in which we have dedicated expertise. We also partner with regional fitness centers and health-focused organizations to promote long-term wellbeing, not just dental aesthetics.

Currently, we are preparing to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility in the heart of Eschweiler. With 860 square meters of space, the new location will allow us to further expand our services, introduce new treatment concepts, and offer an even better experience for our patients. As always, our goal remains the same: to combine orthodontic excellence with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere — and to help each patient discover the smile that brings out their best self.

Whether someone is just starting their journey with braces or looking for advanced orthodontic solutions, KeepSmiling offers a modern, personalized approach backed by decades of experience, a dedicated team, and a passion for what we do.
