Ed Woodward partnered with Ed in 2021 with the intention of growing the business beyond what we were currently performing.
We are unique to Louisville because we offer so many services, we excavate out a crawlspace or basement to perform needed repairs, we repair damaged sill plates, floor joists, band joists, main beam, we install vapor barrier, and encapsulation.
We remove and replace damaged studs and drywall as part of our scope.
We apply a product Watsonseal that is proprietary that will encapsulate the wood under your crawlspace or basement and keep moisture and mold from attacking that wood for 25 years. We place and finish concrete driveways, patios, slabs and sidewalks along with repairing and replacing CMU foundation walls.
We will tuck-point masonry joints and repair brick walls and foundations.
We use a drainage product Geo-chanel for all of our interior and exterior drainage projects. This product was designed with a non woven fabric wrap that keeps all silt, rock and debris out of the drainage systems we install.
This product was originally designed for sport fields and highway drainage for its ability to drain larger volume of water faster.

Ed Mitchell has 52 years field and management experience in the disciplines of grading and drainage, foundation construction and repair, concrete flat work and basement/crawlspace repairs.
Ed Woodward has 2 decades of experience as a field installer of waterproofing and slab raising products.
Both Ed’s were top sales men for other basement and crawlspace waterproofing companies prior to their partnership in KCS.
