Jim the Notary was established in 2018, performing notarizations for co-workers, neighbors and friends. Today,, we handle all types of notarizations, including estate planning and trust documents, advance health care directives, real estate documents, and birth certificate requests. Additionally, we also provide Notary Signing Agent services to title companies, and real estate brokers, who rely on Signing Agents to ensure that home loan documents and signed correctly and returned timely.
