Started in 2022, Jai Dee Thai Kitchen is owned and operated by a local Knoxville family. Miranda is the head chef. She is from the south of Thailand, and she has been preparing delicious and authentic Thai cuisine for over 35 years. Miranda came to the US for the first time in 2020 and decided to stay and make her life here. Miranda runs the restaurant with her husband, two sons and close friends. The restaurant specializes in traditional Thai dishes like Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Curries. They also add unique Thai dishes as well as hybrid Thai and American dishes that Miranda developed herself. Kind, calm and comfortable, Jai Dee Thai Kitchen offers many options and allows customers to customize their dishes to their liking.
