He is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a DISC behavioural trainer. This expertise is embedded into the way we work as a team. All members of the IN Social team are trained in behavioural profiling, allowing us to tailor outreach and communication styles to different personality types.
