We are a manufacturer of screen printing supplies. Our company was born in 1945, and began making silk screens using silk, and gelatin. Over the decades the screen printing industry evolved with better chemistry, and technology, that allowed for more precise silkscreens, and screen printing to allow it to evolve from an artform, also know as serigraphy, to a useful media process for printing t-shirts, invitations, aerospace, and electronic components. The products we manufacture are photo emulsions, emulsion removers and reclaimers, screen degreasers, as well as screen printing inks. Our water based screen printing inks print beautifully on fabrics, as well as leather. Our plastisol line is high opacity, and easy to print even through very high screen printing mesh counts. We also have a line of opaque water based inks designed to go on dark garments, and our water based discharge ink systems will print vibrant colors on the darkest of garments. Our world class screen making department is able to create, and burn custom silkscreens with our customers images for printing on a wide variety of substrates. We are able to shoot silkscreens from 8″x10″ (eight inches by ten inches), to screens as large as 4’x6′ (four feet by six feet), for a wide variety of ink systems, and substrates. We stock over 15 different frame sizes, as well as a dozen different mesh counts. Our screen restretching service can restretch your wooden, or metal frames with the mesh count of your choosing. Our skilled staff can help you select the appropriately sized frame, based on your image size, and can help you determine the appropriate mesh count based on your image detail. We can also direct you in ink selection, and ink cleanup based on your printing requirements. In addition to our core line of supplies, we are able to provide the screen printer with hinge clamps, screen openers, adhesives, and inkjet films.
